The Reverend Eric Ovid Donaldson
 
 
Through information dissemination, inspiration and action, the Reverend Eric Ovid Donaldson has dedicated his life and his talents to creating health, healing and well-being in the world.
 
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Rev. Donaldson has over 30 years of church leadership experience, which began as the chapter president of childhood church's youth group.    Since that time he has served as an President  of the International Youth of Unity, a youth minister, and a National Executive Director of a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting faith communities with foster children, recovering addicts, and ex-offenders.    
He also served as an Associate Minister, and Director of 3 study groups in the DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware areas.

The "Healing Workshop Weekends"  is Rev. Donaldson's signature ministry.  Providing healing around the country, the Healing Workshop has resulted in healings of all kind. Rev. Donaldson's healing approach is based on the teachings of Jesus, and the spiritual principles he shared through his ministry.

 
Rev. Donaldson has received many awards as a result of his commitment and his work.  He has been invited to the White House on two occasions, received the key to two cities, and is on the Board of Preachers at the distinguished Morehouse College.
 
Rev. Donaldson expects to bring a new level of healing to UCC and the communities of Memphis, Tennessee.   With a playful, high-energy, yet clear and focused approach to ministry, Rev. Donaldson has facilitated spiritual healing everywhere he is welcomed.  Rev. Donaldson seeks to reach those who seek to experience a spirituality that enlightens, empowers, and impacts.  Through practical Christianity, Rev. Donaldson and the teachers at Unity Christian Church will move to provide everyone willing to learn with universal and biblically-based principles that, when applied, will provide people with better, more abundant living experiences.
 
We welcome Rev. Donaldson, his wife Valencia, and their two children Deja' and Davon to Unity Christian Church in Memphis, Tennessee.
